What is the difference between Platform and Operate?

Operate is the complete managed arrangement built on the Platform: Nomadic configures entities, accounts, operating rules, compliance workflows, employment, distributions and filing schedule — and runs them continuously.

What do the Tax Optimisation Engine and Flux do?

The Tax Optimisation Engine is the intelligence layer. It evaluates governed facts and rules, compares supported routes and scenarios, shows its assumptions and prepares recommendations for specialist review — it does not issue binding tax or legal advice. Flux is the agentic orchestration layer that applies the approved configuration: it coordinates events, rules, tasks, approvals, exceptions and actions across EARN, BANK, BOOK, HIRE, FILE and FLOW.

What does FLUX apply to?

FLUX applies to received settlement volume — the external customer, marketplace, platform or processor settlements actually received into the configured receivables route. Amounts withheld before settlement are not included. Expenses, reserves and distributions after receipt do not reduce the FLUX fee base.

Why is the FLUX rate 3%–6%?

The FLUX rate is a range — 3%–6% of received settlements — because it reflects the receivables infrastructure and the responsibility Nomadic carries for that route. Shared infrastructure carries the higher rate (6%); client-owned or segregated infrastructure carries the lower rate (3%). The assigned rate is stated in your proposal.

What does the 1% FLOW fee apply to?

FLOW applies at 1% of the final amount actually distributed through the configured FLOW workflow — after operating expenses, costs and required reserves have been deducted. Applied once to the final personal or company payout, not to intermediate transfers.

What do FORM, FILE, HIRE and EARN cost?

Accepted Answer

FORM and FILE are charged at cost — covering formation, registrations, government fees, annual renewals and filings. HIRE is a route-based fixed fee confirmed in your proposal. EARN is the provider's own charge at provider rates, disclosed for the specific route and not marked up by Nomadic.

Can Nomadic guarantee tax savings?

No. Tax outcomes depend on your specific facts, jurisdictions, applicable rules and how those rules interact with your business model. The Tax Optimisation Engine models scenarios and prepares supported estimates based on governed rules and documented assumptions — it does not guarantee a particular result.

Who holds the funds?

Accepted Answer

Licensed financial institutions and payment providers hold and move funds. Nomadic provides the Workspace, coordination layer, operating rules and visibility. You retain beneficial ownership and control as set out in your individual arrangement.

Who performs regulated work?

Accepted Answer

Regulated work — tax preparation, legal review, compliance sign-off — is completed by appropriately qualified professionals engaged through the arrangement. Nomadic is not a tax advisory firm, law firm or registered accounting practice.

Question 11

Do I retain my brand and IP?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to your agreements. Your brand, intellectual property and business assets remain yours. Nomadic operates the administration, compliance and financial workflows around your business — it does not take ownership of your business assets.

Can I leave or migrate the operation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, per the terms of your agreement. Offboarding timelines and procedures depend on the entities, filings and obligations active in your arrangement at the time. You retain access to your data as set out in your agreement.
